Is the package available for any type of unit/space?

Style and Supply package is only applicable for newly-turned-over bare condominium units.

What’s included and excluded in the package?

The package includes furniture, basic appliances, home decors, space planning, and set-up and styling. Not included are any fit-out or construction works like tiling, painting, ceiling works, built-in cabinets, plumbing, and electrical works.

Will there be a render material presented to me before the project starts?

There will be no rendered materials, only furniture lay-out, space planning and color scheming. Designs will be based on the peg that you will choose. Our aim is to make the design process simple and uncomplicated for our clients.

How long is the process?

Earliest unit turnover is 15 working days, for a studio unit. Project duration depends on the floor area of the space.
